
Chicken with cream served with steamed broccoli and rice
This is a pretty simple dish to cook. It takes very little time and you end up with a rich sauce for the chicken. Substitute Cream of Chicken for the sauce if you don’t have the ingredients or time to make it yourself. Takes about 30 minutes start to finish.
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Sour Cream and Heavy Cream
- Dried or Fresh Herbs
- Garlic, diced
- Onions, diced
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into small slices (or how ever you would like them). Coat with herbs of your liking.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add diced garlic, and cook the chicken until done.
3. In another pan, at the same time, heat oil and cook the onions. Add equal parts sour and heavy cream after onions are cooked. Lower heat and simmer until chicken is done.
4. Serve cream over chicken. Add side dishes and serve.
