
Broiled Tilapia with Mango Salsa
Took 30 minutes from start to finish. Makes for a refreshing meal.
Broiled Tilapia Recipe
Tilapia Fillets
Paprika
Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper
Other dried seasonings
Olive Oil
1. Coat the tilapia with the dried/fresh herbs and seasoning on both sides.
2. Cover top of each fillet with olive oil.
3. Broil fillets for 10 minutes.
Mango Salsa Recipe
Ripe Mango
Red Onions
Celery
Tomato
Cilantro
Salt and Pepper
1. Dice all of the ingredients.
2. Mix together and chill before serving.
Prep the salsa while the fish is cooking. Save the extra salsa for use as a dip or on other dishes. Serve fillets fresh from the broiler with mango salsa on top. Enjoy!
